Sextant brings health to the world’s people by building environmentally sustainable, affordable healthcare infrastructure where it’s most needed.

We are a 501(c)3 organization, working to deploy clean energy and water systems, improve air quality, reduce healthcare costs, train local labor, and inject income into local economies. Since our founding by Mazzetti in 2014, we have completed projects in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, the Philippines, Honduras, India, Sierra Leone, Puerto Rico, and Dominica.
