If you've invested in AI and can't honestly tell your board what it produced , you're not behind. You're in the majority.

85% of enterprise AI initiatives fail to deliver expected results. Not because of the technology. Because the strategy layer was never built.

I spent 20 years as a C-level executive at GE, Honeywell, Danaher, IMI and IDEX; companies operating at the highest levels of industrial B2B. My job, across every role and every initiative, was the same:

Build the strategy first. Align the whole organization. Produce results the board could see.

When I started working with mid-market CEOs, I saw the same pattern I'd watched repeat for 20 years, just in a new context: Departments buying tools without governance. Spend that couldn't be tied to EBITDA. Boards asking harder questions. And nobody in the company building a company-wide strategy.

I didn't need to learn something new. I needed to apply what I already knew, to the biggest technology wave of my lifetime.

What I do:

I build company-wide enterprise AI strategy inside mid-market B2B companies, from the inside, not from a consulting deck. Aligned to your industry, your operations, and the results your board is measuring.

What that produces:
→ Supply chain costs down 11%. Sales up 23%. Same stack — first time results connected to real numbers.

→ $8M customer retained and expanded to $11M after AI-accelerated product launch.

→ $27.6M Year 1 benefit from a $1.4M investment. 8-month payback.

If you're a mid-market CEO who has invested in AI and needs to connect it to results — or who hasn't started yet and wants to build it right the first time , let's talk.
