SeyAI is a Maltese AI strategy consultancy helping public sector organisations and private companies adopt artificial intelligence responsibly, practically, and on their own terms.

We believe the human side of AI adoption matters as much as the technology itself. Our work combines strategic rigour, staff engagement, and governance expertise — helping organisations move from AI curiosity to confident, value-generating implementation.

Our services include:

• AI Readiness Assessments — mapping your organisation's current capabilities, data assets, and readiness gaps
• AI Strategy Development — co-creating a practical, prioritised roadmap tailored to your mission and constraints
• AI Governance Frameworks — building the accountability structures needed for responsible, compliant AI use
• Workshops & Training — equipping leadership and staff to engage with AI confidently

SeyAI is led by Dylan Seychell, Lecturer in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Malta, and Matthew Mangion, AI Strategy Advisor. We bring both academic depth and real-world delivery expertise to every engagement.

We work primarily with Maltese public sector bodies, regulatory authorities, and private organisations — building AI strategies that are grounded, human-centred, and built to last.

The Human Advantage, Powered by AI.
