Chamara Perera (ACIPM) has extensive experience in human resources, having held various senior positions across multiple organizations. At Hemas Hospitals Sri Lanka, Chamara served as Human Resources Manager and progressed to Senior Manager of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations between July 2014 and March 2017. Chamara's career also includes a role as Assistant Manager of Human Resources and a recent position as Head of Human Resources at Ninewells Hospital from February 2023 to October 2023. Currently, Chamara is the Head of Performance & Rewards and Compensation & Benefits Management at Seylan Bank PLC. Earlier in the career, Chamara worked as Senior Executive in Human Resources at Durdans Hospital from March 2006 to October 2011.
