Glaucia Sanches holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, currently pursuing a Master's in Quality Engineering. They have extensive experience in management, supervision, and coordination of mechanical and civil activities within large-scale photovoltaic projects. At Grupo Energia, Glaucia served as a Mechanical Technician, overseeing mechanical execution, logistics, and quality assurance for the 438MWp Boa Sorte project. Previously, they worked as a Construction Supervisor for Soltec and as a Civil Works Field Agent at Nextracker Inc., applying their expertise to ensure the successful completion of various photovoltaic facilities.
