Junting Guo

Junting Guo is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in leading technical teams and driving digital transformation initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Sezzle since November 2021, Junting Guo oversees Merchant Engineering. Previously, Junting Guo worked at Manulife from April 2019 to October 2021 as an Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of Full Stack Software Engineers and collaborating with cross-disciplinary stakeholders on the company's tech stack modernization and cloud migration efforts. Prior to that, Junting Guo spent over a decade at Nuance Communications, contributing as a Principal Systems Designer and Solution Architect to cloud-based conversational AI solutions across various mobility platforms. Junting Guo's career began at Mannarino Systems and Software Inc. as a Software Test Developer. Educationally, Junting Guo holds a Certificate in Professional Public Speaking and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
