Lee Brading

Lee Brading, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and credit research. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Operational Excellence at Sezzle since April 2020, Lee oversees operational performance, corporate development, capital markets strategy, and investor relations. Prior roles include Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Punch Technologies, Inc., where Lee contributed to the company’s sale to STOPit Solutions in May 2023. Lee previously held the position of Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, overseeing global credit research teams and achieving significant rankings from Institutional Investor Magazine. Early career experiences include leadership roles at Wachovia Capital Markets, Banc of America Securities, and BDO Seidman, LLP. Lee holds an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
