Matt Smith is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in graphic design and marketing. As the Creative Director at Sezzle since September 2019, Matt led a significant rebranding effort in 2020 and successfully launched over 70 campaigns with notable brands, including Target and Gamestop. Prior roles include Art Director and Lead Designer at Electric Advertising, where Matt spearheaded major campaigns for Blue Cross Blue Shield MN and Land O'Lakes, along with a Superbowl email campaign for the Mall of America. Additional experience includes freelance work, senior design roles, and leading marketing strategies at various organizations such as Public Works™ and Paul C Buff Inc. Matt holds an Associates Degree in Graphic Design from the Minnesota School of Business and has further academic backgrounds from Sartell High School and St. Cloud State University.
