Joe Dillon

Joe Dillon is currently the Director of Recruitment at SFC, where they oversee the recruitment and onboarding of self-employed advisors. Previously, they served as a Specialist Mortgage Consultant at Charles Frank Finance Ltd from 2020 to 2022. From 2007 to 2020, Joe was involved in residential and commercial finance at Y3S. Joe earned a BS in Business Development with first-class honors from Maryland, Virginia, from 2000 to 2003, and also received a first-class degree in International Business from Cowbridge Comprehensive between 1993 and 2000.
