San Francisco Estuary Institute
Kyle Stark is an experienced environmental scientist currently employed at the San Francisco Estuary Institute since August 2022. Previous roles include a DEVELOP Internship at NASA in 2022 and a Graduate Research Assistantship at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology from 2016 to 2022, specializing in sediment transport in intermittently flowing streams. Earlier experience encompasses positions as an Associate Geologist and Assistant Geologist at HydroGeoLogic, Inc., a Geology Research Assistant at the College of William and Mary, a Student GIS Analyst at William and Mary, and a Lab and Research Assistant at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science. Kyle Stark holds a PhD in Hydrology and Water Resources Science, as well as a Master's Degree in Hydrology from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from William & Mary.
