Lawrence Sim

Lawrence Sim is a Geospatial Software Engineer at the San Francisco Estuary Institute since October 2015, with prior experience as a Scientist II Subcontractor and Postgraduate Research Contractor at the National Energy Technology Laboratory from September 2011 to October 2015. Lawrence served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University from September 2011 to December 2012 and worked as a Retail Associate at Squaw Valley USA from November 2010 to May 2011, along with a prior role as a Shift Supervisor and Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company from July 2007 to January 2009. Early career experience includes an internship at K-Design from November 2005 to June 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Geography with a GIS certificate from Oregon State University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Geography with a GIS emphasis from UC Santa Barbara (2006-2010).
