Eric Johnson has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and e-commerce. Eric has held several leadership positions throughout their career, starting as the Senior Vice President, Creative Director at Ikonic Interactive from 1996 to 1998. Eric then served as the Chief Creative Officer at Viant from 1998 to 2000. Eric joined LVMH as the Vice President, E-Commerce in 2000 before moving to SEPHORA as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sephora.com, where they led a successful web and structural transformation. In 2003, they worked at DFS Group, Ltd as the Managing Director of China E-commerce, where they established China's first luxury e-commerce platform.
