We provide innovative solutions to the student accommodation and property sectors

Our team use their collective, unique and diverse student accommodation and property experience to facilitate transactions and generate solutions that provide value for our clients and partners.

For student transactions, we believe in the importance of maximising the student experience in both physical design and operating environment. We advise on both off-campus/direct let property and on-campus infrastructure partnership models.

Our development, investment, operations and asset management experience across the infrastructure and property sectors sets us apart and means we understand the importance of ‘joined up thinking’ for transactions and the long-term drivers of stakeholder success.

Our clients and partners include investors, developers, universities and operators.
