Frederic Coutant

Frederic Coutant is the Founder and CEO of SkyrosConsult and serves as a Senior Advisor for several organizations, including Mageia Partners, Financière de Courcelles, and Leemax Advisory. With 35 years of experience in finance, advisory, and risk management, they previously held key leadership roles at HSBC, including co-Head of Global Banking for Continental Europe. Frederic has also worked as an Independent Administrator for TISSIUM and serves on the board of SFIL. They have a certificate in corporate governance from Sciences Po and are actively involved with multiple professional associations focused on independent governance and climate-related issues.
