Carmen Baumeler

Carmen Baumeler is a Professor and the national head of research and development at Eidgenössische Hochschule für Berufsbildung since 2009. From 2001 to 2004, Carmen worked as a scientific assistant at ETH Zürich, followed by roles as an Oberassistentin and Wissenschaftliche Assistentin at Universität Luzern and Universität Zürich, respectively. Carmen previously served as deputy department head for personnel reporting at Credit Suisse from 2000 to 2001 and led projects at Pädagogische Hochschule Zug from 2004 to 2009. Carmen earned a Lizentiat in sociology, economics, and German linguistics from Universität Zürich and is currently pursuing a doctorate in sociology at the same university.
