Fatos Selmani

Fatos Selmani has a diverse background in the retail and education sectors, with significant experience in management roles. From October 2008 to October 2010, Fatos served as Geschäftsführer at Esprit in Bern. Prior experience includes attending the Offiziersschule with the Schweizer Armee from August 2006 to September 2008. Following a trainee program at Genossenschaft Migros Aare, Fatos held various leadership positions there, including Marktleiter, focusing on sales management, employee development, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Since January 2023, Fatos has been working as a Prüfungsexperte for Bildung Detailhandel Schweiz BDS and Eidgenössische Hochschule für Berufsbildung EHB HEFP SUFFP SFUVET, contributing expertise to examinations in retail. Educational qualifications include a Detailhandelsspezialist degree from SIU Schweizerisches Institut für Unternehmerschulung and a Detailhandelsmanager / Detailhandelsökonom degree from Feusi Bildungszentrum, as well as a bachelor’s level education in culinary management from Berufsschule Gastronomie Bern.
