Lukas Graf

Lukas Graf is currently the Head of the Swiss Observatory for Vocational Education and Training at the Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Lukas served as an Assistant Professor of Educational Governance at the Hertie School of Governance from 2017 to 2023, and worked as a Research Fellow at the American Institute for Contemporary German Studies in 2015. They were also a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Luxembourg from 2013 to 2015, a Research Associate at the Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung from 2008 to 2013, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of St. Gallen from 2015 to 2017, actively contributing to governance in vocational education and training research initiatives.
