Charles Dufourneau has extensive experience in IT operations and performance engineering, currently serving as Responsable exploitation SI B2B at SFR since April 2007. In this role, Charles oversees the technical and functional aspects of the B2B systems, manages crises and incidents, and implements monitoring solutions utilizing Elasticsearch and Grafana. Previous positions include leading performance testing projects and optimizing infrastructures at SFR, BTD Consulting, and ALLIANCE INGENIERIE, where Charles specialized in application performance and test automation using HP LoadRunner and related technologies. Charles holds a Master’s degree in IT from PGSM and a DUT in Networks and Telecommunications from IUT de Belfort-Montbéliard.
