David Leon is an experienced economist with a focus on economic modeling of telecommunication networks at SFR from 2007 to the present. Prior roles at Nokia Research Center from 1996 to 2006 include Research Program Manager, where David led research initiatives to develop essential patents in multimedia, and Senior Research Engineer, responsible for the development of a streaming system optimized for wireless networks. Earlier, as a Research Engineer, David explored VoIP and video over radio networks. David holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas and an MSc in Digital Signal Processing and Telecommunications from Tampere University of Technology.
