They began their career as a Manager IT in a national military civil service and progressed to roles such as R&D Transfer Project Manager at Nortel Networks and Project Director for radio roll-out at Nokia. Currently, they serve as Program Head for Fixed Access at SFR, focusing on operational and financial objectives. Eric's leadership emphasizes team empowerment and communication, driving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and project efficiency throughout their career. They hold an engineering degree in Telecom/Networking from IMT Nord Europe and are pursuing further education in project management.
