Frederic Dhermy

Frederic Dhermy has been with SFR since November 1999, currently serving as Responsable reporting RH and Responsable développement RH, overseeing various responsibilities including budget management for HR activities, policy direction for apprenticeships and school relations, social climate measurement, and support for restructuring plans. Prior experience includes roles at Astek as an Analyste des Systèmes d Information and project-related positions, as well as a project management role at SPIE. Initially began a career in the Marine Nationale as an Assistant de l'Officier Conseil, providing outplacement support for retiring mariners, and holds a bronze medal from the National Defense. Frederic also completed a final internship at Thales, focusing on procedure implementation for an air traffic control system. Frederic holds an Engineer's Degree from ESME, an engineering school, obtained in 1996.
