Gert Schieb

Gert Schieb has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Gert started their career in 1980 as the Manager After Sales Services & Owner of G. Schieb Kommunikationselektronik in Germany. Gert then worked as a Technician R&D at Quante AG, Lasertechnik in Germany from 1986 to 1991. After that, they became a Project Manager at Bosch Telecom France from 1991 to 1995. Gert then joined Motorola as a System Integration Manager from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they worked as a Product Manager - European Marketing at Dolphin Telecom / Inquam from 1999 to 2003. From 2004 to 2018, they held various positions at SFR, starting as the Head of Marketing WiFi/WiMAX and subsequently serving as the Head of Marketing Satellite Broadband Services, Head of Product & PMO NFC, Head of NFC Program, Head of ePayment Solutions, and finally as the Head of Product Business Messaging & Direct Carrier Billing.

Gert Schieb completed an Executive MBA in Business Management at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University in Canada from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they undertook a Marketing Cycle program at Cegos in 2000. Their earlier education was at BFS Velbert in Germany, where they studied Electronics & Telecommunication from 1977 to 1980.
