Ivan Pech

Ivan PECH is a co-founder of No-Nc ELEC since February 2019, where Ivan focuses on custom projects and home automation solutions aimed at enhancing safety, comfort, and energy efficiency. Concurrently, since 2001, Ivan has served as an experienced customer advisor at SFR, executing dual roles as both expert and reference point for fixed and mobile solutions. Ivan's responsibilities include managing customer relations, ensuring comprehensive support and adherence to SFR's policies, and training new employees in technical and digital support. Ivan also has extensive experience in client satisfaction roles, training, and ongoing process improvements within the organization. Educational credentials include an Electrician certification from AFPA and a training facilitator qualification from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris.
