Jerome Lamy

Jerome Lamy has over three decades of experience in human resources and social relations, currently serving as Directeur Relations Sociales at SFR since August 2009, where responsibilities include defining social relations strategy and managing negotiations for social status harmonization following company mergers. Prior to SFR, Jerome Lamy held various HR leadership roles in sectors such as retail, pharmaceuticals, luxury, and banking, notably as Directeur Développement Social at IKEA France from 2005 to 2009, where achievements included implementing new contractual and social policies. Jerome Lamy holds a DEA in HR and Sociology from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Maîtrise in Social Law from Fac Droit Panthéon Sorbonne.
