Leïla Traoré

Leïla Traoré has an extensive background in project management, communication, and client relations, currently serving as Responsable de Projets and Product Owner for Assistance SFR and Assistance RED by SFR since October 2014. In this role, Leïla oversees the effectiveness of both platforms, coordinating internal and external teams. Previous experiences include serving as Chargée de Communication with responsibilities ranging from content management for high-traffic sites to community management and client relations at various organizations. Leïla co-founded SWAP DRESSING, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills, and has held positions at l'Argus de la Presse and PMU/Equidia, focusing on client service and communication. Educational credentials include a Licence in Cinéma & Audiovisuel from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and a BTS in Négociation & Relation Client from Formapresse.
