Mathieu Vanbaelinghem has accumulated extensive experience in telecom service management and support, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at SFR since August 2013. Leadership skills are demonstrated through management of a deployment team responsible for fiber and copper services, overseeing a group of 11 project managers and 7 offshore agents to deliver data and voice services to end clients in a B2B2B model. Prior to this, Mathieu held roles at NUMERICABLE for over six years, focusing on quality support and consumer relations, including managing technical delivery teams and resolving complex customer disputes. Through these roles, a solid foundation in project management, team training, and operational efficiency has been established.
