Currently serving as the Credit Risk & Collections Manager at SFR since 2018, Sofia is committed to delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction while ensuring quality and efficiency. Sofia has held positions such as Credit Controller at multiple organizations and has gained diverse experience in roles related to credit risk and collections. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Vincennes-Saint-Denis.
