Vincent David

Vincent DAVID has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, holding various leadership roles at SFR since 2007, most recently as Responsable de domaine in the Direction Réseau/Exploitation, focusing on quality improvement and customer satisfaction. Vincent's responsibilities include the automation of reporting with Tableau, project coordination for national and regional data analysis, and implementation of quality of service (QoS) initiatives across multiple network technologies such as FTTB and FTTH. Prior to SFR, Vincent worked at SFR Business as Responsable d'équipe, managing a team dedicated to enhancing customer service quality, and has held project management roles at 9Telecom, LDCOM, and Belgacom France. Vincent holds a MST in Telecommunications from Université de Metz and a DUT in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing from IUT de Rouen.
