Tim Cha

Tim Cha currently serves as the Lead Production Manager and Lead ACE at SFR3 Fund, a position held since February 2022. Prior to that role, Tim Cha worked at Zillow from 2019 to February 2022, first as a Renovation Estimator, then as a Renovation Superintendent, and ultimately as a Renovation Field Manager, achieving significant performance improvements and leading a team to exceed operational goals. Tim Cha's career began at State Farm Insurance, where a decade was spent as a Claims Adjuster and Project Manager, in addition to initial roles such as Auto Claim Processor and Marketing Intern. Tim Cha holds a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from UC Irvine.
