Headquarter in Singapore since 2009, our own offices in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam are local subject matter expert in complex customs declaration for cold chain pharma shipments.

All our facilities across APAC are equipped with freezers and chillers to pre-condition and prepare validated reusable or single use thermal packaging solutions including calibrated temperature loggers.  In 2015, SFS pioneered one-way closed loop rental of pre-conditioned VIP boxes within Asia to deliver cost effective cold chain solutions to our customers.

We are the leading specialty courier in Asia Pacific with a global reach collaborating with independent specialty courier partners from pharma logistics and wca pharma network outside Asia Pacific.  Our partners undergo stringent audits before they are selected into SFS approved partners list.
