Brian Stretch is a native of San Francisco and currently serves as a Judge at the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco. They have extensive legal experience, having served as the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California from 2016 to 2018 and as a Partner at Sidley Austin LLP from 2018 to 2024. Prior to these roles, Brian worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Marin County from 1993 to 1999, investigating and prosecuting various state offenses.
