Ryta Chayka

Ryta Chayka has a diverse background in law and scientific research, holding a Doctor of Law degree with a concentration in Health Care Law from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Experience includes serving as a Summer Law Intern at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and currently functioning as a Judicial Clerk for Hon. Garrett L. Wong at the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco. Prior roles involved significant research contributions, such as analyzing federal financial fraud litigation and conducting research on illegal street drugs and novel antibiotics at San Jose State University. Additionally, Ryta Chayka edited the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal, focusing on legal issues related to science and technology while executing transactional legal services for seniors through a partnership with a major hospital.
