Celine Lee currently serves as Deputy Director of Service Coordination and Advice at SG Enable, leading operational strategy to enhance service journeys for persons with disabilities and their caregivers. Previously, Celine held the position of Senior Assistant Director at KidSTART Singapore, overseeing program planning and delivery, strategic partnerships, and impact reporting. Celine's experience also includes serving as Assistant Director at the Ministry of Social and Family Development, where responsibilities involved launching the KidSTART Pilot programme and collaborating with preschools. Celine's career began at the Ministry of Manpower and included notable roles at DesignSingapore Council and the Institute for World Evangelisation. Celine holds an Honours Degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore and has educational background at Nanyang Junior College and St Nicholas Girls School.
