They integrate a wide range of treatment modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy Modalities, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. SG Therapy Group employee's clinical training includes work with diverse populations of all ages with a variety of struggles and strengths. The therapists have experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perfectionism, self-concept, adjustment, trauma and abuse.
