Catherine Maji has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Catherine began their career at UPMC as a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst and later worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Research Analyst. Catherine then joined Sg2 as a Vice President in Consulting and Intelligence before moving to NorthShore University HealthSystem as Senior Strategy Manager. Catherine also held the position of Vice President, Strategy Consulting at Kaufman Hall & Associates. Catherine later served as the Director of Leadership Excellence Network at the National Center for Healthcare Leadership. Currently, Catherine is the Vice President of Sg2 Intelligence, where they lead a team of 45+ individuals and oversees strategy execution and talent management. Throughout their career, Catherine has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in healthcare thought leadership.

Catherine Maji pursued their education in a systematic and consistent manner. In 1986, they enrolled at Wright State University, where they studied Management Information Systems. Catherine completed their Bachelor of Science degree in this field of study in 1990. Catherine's dedication towards their education persisted, and they subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the same institution. From 1990 to 1992, they specialized in Finance and International Business, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in these areas. Throughout their education, Catherine focused on business-related fields, displaying a clear commitment to developing expertise in management, information systems, finance, and international business.
