Gregory's background includes a position as a Hand Hygiene Observer at Michigan Medicine, where auditing hand hygiene compliance was key, and as a Graduate Researcher at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, where the integration and analysis of data for a predictive disease model was conducted. Additionally, Gregory was a Senior Research and Development Technician at L&L Products, managing automotive product datasets and identifying process improvements. Gregory holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both from the University of Michigan.
