Melinda B.

Melinda B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melinda began their career in 2006 as a Paralegal at Gray Plant Mooty, a law firm in Minneapolis. Melinda then worked as a Legal Assistant at rajkowski, hansmieier, another law firm, from 2007 to 2008, where they played a role in developing a new corporate division. In 2009, they joined Essentia Health as an Administrative Resident, where they conducted cost/benefit analysis and analyzed utilization of ancillary services. Melinda also worked as an Adjunct Consultant at HBH Consultants in 2009, assisting various organizations with organizational and fund development. From 2010 to 2019, Melinda worked at CentraCare Health, starting as a Financial & Quality Analyst and later becoming the Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development. Melinda'sresponsibilities included data analysis, strategic planning, and business development. Since 2019, Melinda B. has been working at Sg2, first as a Director of Strategic Analytics, and currently as the Senior Director of Strategic Analytics. Sg2 provides healthcare expertise and analytics to help health systems prioritize and drive strategic growth. Melinda's role involves guiding strategic initiatives and providing advisory solutions to healthcare organizations. Melinda also serves as a Lecturer in the Master of Healthcare Administration Program at the University of Minnesota since 2019.

Melinda B. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from St. Cloud State University between the years 2002 and 2004. Melinda pursued further education and received a Certificate in Paralegal studies from St. Cloud State University in 2005. Later on, Melinda pursued a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota, completing it between 2008 and 2010.
