Jaye has extensive experience at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, having previously worked as Chief Financial Officer and Controller, where responsibilities included leading Finance, Accounting, and IT departments, and preparing financial statements and audits. Jaye's career began at the YMCA as a Staff Accountant before progressing through various financial roles at Rylander, Clay & Opitz, LLP as Audit Supervisor. Jaye earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Tarleton State University.
