David Thomas

David Thomas has extensive experience as a Crew Chief in the field of pipeline surveying. David has worked at SGC Engineering, LLC since 2015 and was previously employed at Foster and Associates from 1994 to 2014. During their time at Foster and Associates, they supervised and completed over 25 pipeline preliminary and construction jobs across the southeast region for various clients such as Elpaso Southern Natural Gas, Tennessee Gas, and Kinder Morgan. Their responsibilities included boundary surveying, data tech work, inspection, local construction staking for roads, apartments, and subdivisions.

David Thomas attended Shelton State Community College from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Surveying Engineering.
