Iulia Brooks

Iulia Brooks is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project management and stakeholder engagement across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Customers - Homes and Places and Head of Safe and Sustainable Homes at SGCH since May 2023, Iulia previously held senior roles at Catholic Healthcare, where responsibilities included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Iulia's earlier career involved consulting positions at HKA and project management at Donald Cant Watts Corke. A strong foundation in architecture was established with a BArch degree from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara, supported by initial training in natural sciences at Colegiul National Moise Nicoara. Expertise includes project brief development, risk management, contract administration, and compliance monitoring.
