Kim Workman

Kim Workman is a passionate people leader and business professional with over twenty years of experience in tenancy and asset management across both private and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a General Manager at SR Construction Pty Ltd, Kim previously held several leadership roles at SGCH, including Head of Central Services and Tenancy Manager, where they oversaw extensive housing services for over 11,500 customers. Educated at TAFE NSW with a Diploma in Business Management, Kim focuses on customer-centric services and leads a highly engaged team of 40 professionals dedicated to sustaining tenancies and delivering positive outcomes.
