Simon Shakesheff

Simon Shakesheff is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and real estate. Currently serving as Chairperson at HomeCo Daily Needs REIT since November 2020, Simon also holds multiple non-executive director roles at Cbus Property, SGCH, Assembly Funds Management, and Kiwi Property, all since 2019. Previously, Simon was the Head of Strategy & Stakeholder Relations at Stockland Trust Group and Group Executive for Strategy and Stakeholder Relations at Stockland from July 2013 to November 2018. Simon's career includes significant roles in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS, and as Executive Director of Equities Research at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Simon holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from UNSW.
