Grégory Decoster

Grégory DECOSTER has a range of work experience in various managerial roles. Grégory is currently the Plant Director at SGD Pharma, where they oversee the production of glass packaging for the pharmaceutical market. Prior to this, they worked at Hermès as the Managing Director at BEYRAND, where they specialized in high-quality decoration for the ceramic and leather markets. Grégory also served as the VP of Operations and Plant Manager at Arc International, responsible for overseeing operations and tooling in the glass forming, decoration, and packaging areas. Additionally, Grégory worked as a part-time teacher at IAE Lille, where they taught classes on industrial management for 12 years.

Grégory DECOSTER earned a Diplome ingenieur in mechanics from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1990 to 1993. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Master Certificat d'Aptitude a l'Administration des Entreprises in Business Administration and Management from IAE Lille.
