Close communication and a team approach have established a loyal client base. Expansion of our client base has primarily been through referrals from clients, engineers, and contractors.

Our project management philosophy is to dovetail with the client’s needs to develop project budgets, expedite design/production times, permit expediting, coordinate with vendors, coordinate with furniture procurement, assist with value engineering, LEED certification, or any other client needs.

Our projects have ranged from 1,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet and consist of banking facilities, corporate offices, hospitality, hotels, retail, restaurant, etc.

SGD will serve as your point of contact to coordinate the entire design and construction team to bring the project in on time and in budget. We use a cost effective approach to fee structure to develop long term commitment with budget accountability.
