Helping Small and Mid-Market Medical Device firms bridge the gap from R&D to Commercialization without hiring of a full-time executive.
At SGF Executive Group, we build that bridge. You don't need a full-time C-Suite Executive yet; you need the strategy, structure, and systems a C-Suite Executive provides.

We partner with MedTech and Lifesciences executives, teams, founders and investors to shape strategy, enhance organizational effectiveness, and accelerate growth through data-driven decision making, customer-centric leadership, and hands-on execution.

Providing executive leadership support for interim, fractional, consulting, and advisory opportunities across commercial and operations. Specializing in building and transforming companies with a wide range of support that is grounded in a customer first mindset, including:

> Helping executive teams develop compelling mission, vision and values
> Assessing business and functional strategies and effectiveness to drive improvements
> Leveraging analytics to drive better strategic decision making and communication
> Navigating change and organizational resistance impacting effectiveness
> Analyzing organizational and process challenges and effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
> Go-to-Market strategy, structure and skills
