SGH Construction Group delivers fully integrated civil engineering, surfacing and plant hire solutions across the UK.

In August 2025, the business completed a successful Management Buyout and has now rebranded from Eco Power Construction Group, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in growth. Building on the foundations established through the acquisition of Westmoreland Civil Engineering in 2021, we have expanded our capabilities to provide complete end to end project delivery.

Our fully equipped in house surfacing and plant hire divisions allow us to manage projects entirely internally, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget. This integrated approach has made SGH Construction Group a trusted delivery partner for local authorities, commercial & residential developers across the UK.

Our management team combines experience from both construction and non construction sectors, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency and client focused solutions. We embrace modern techniques and forward thinking approaches to deliver projects that exceed expectations.

We are committed to recruiting exceptional talent at every level who share our dedication to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
