Phil Moser

Phil Moser is an experienced Engineer and Building Envelope Consultant at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. since June 2005, specializing in the design and restoration of building exteriors to ensure durability, weather resistance, and energy efficiency. Additionally, Phil serves as a Board Member for the Waltham Conservation Commission, overseeing project compliance with the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act. Phil's career began as a Carpenter at Timberland Remodeling & Construction from June 2000 to January 2005, where foundational skills were developed under mentorship. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Infrastructure from Cornell University, completed in 2005.
