SGHG Cleaning LLC is a research-driven commercial cleaning and operational risk management firm.

Founded by Jermaine E. Whiteside, SGHG developed the SGHG Six Sigma Method™, the industry’s first evidence-based Lean Six Sigma framework designed specifically for commercial cleaning operations.

Through validated KPIs, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and applied Six Sigma controls, SGHG transforms cleaning from a subjective service into a measurable, auditable, and statistically controlled process.

The SGHG framework has demonstrated statistically significant reductions in:

Slip hazard risk

Ergonomic strain

Chemical waste and exposure

Hygiene variability

With documented improvements in process capability (Cpk) and financial ROI, SGHG serves facility owners, property managers, insurers, and institutions seeking defensible evidence of risk control.

SGHG Cleaning LLC operates at the intersection of operations management, safety science, ergonomics, environmental health, and Lean Six Sigma, advancing both industry practice and applied research.
