Dean Chen is a former E-Sports gamer and an entrepreneur in marketing and internet ventures. They co-founded Shining in 2015 and have been the founder of IDL since 2011. Dean was a partner at MYSIM Inc from 2005 to 2011. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at 北京理工大学.
