Robbert Van der Lee is an accomplished ICT professional with extensive experience in managerial roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of ICT & E-Health at SGL since September 2025, Robbert previously held the position of Manager ICT at NieuweStroom, where significant growth was achieved during the ICT organization's scale-up phase. At Greenhouse, Robbert was the Head of Unified Data and Head of Product Development, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of multiple scrum teams. Earlier, Robbert spent over seven years at Bannerconnect, progressing through various leadership roles including Director of Product and Engineering, where the empowerment of teams was paramount. Robbert's career began as a Marketing Manager at Techconnect B.V., after completing a degree at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
